Registration and Payments

Program fee: 14,900 USD

1,500 USD Initial deposit due upon registration and acceptance of your application
3,500 USD 1st payment due on or before March 18, 2016
3,300 USD 2nd payment due on or before June 10, 2016
3,300 USD 3rd payment due on or before September 2, 2016
3,300 USD 4th payment due on or before December 2, 2016

Once your application is accepted you will receive specific instructions regarding payment information.  If you are interested in participating in this Mastership in Laser Dentistry, please submit your application sooner than later, since there are only 12 available seats in each course. 

All tuition payments will be made directly to the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, Department of Continuing Education.
