IDLR Institute Mastership in Laser Dentistry
This is a Certificate program that will advance your knowledge, skills and patient care. It is a continuing education program for dentists seeking excellence in the field of laser dentistry, supported by a Certificate from the University of Tennessee and IDLR Institute, acknowledging that the program has been successfully completed. The IDLR Institute does not attempt to provide licensing or documentation for the purpose of complying with the legal requirements of any specific country.
Changing Tracks
All requests for change of Track 1 or Track 2 are based upon space available.
Make-Up Sessions
Participants who must miss a Module for reasons outside their control are encouraged to take a Make-Up Module at the next available time and location. The participant may proceed to their next Module. All Modules must be completed prior to receiving final Certificates from the University of Tennessee and IDLR Institute.
Make-Up Modules may result in a change in fee and will be determined on an individual basis.
Monies paid to IDLR for a Session that is missed will be retained by IDLR as payment for the Make-Up Module to come.
1 Year Mastership Program Travel Visas Protocol
Participants requiring Visas to travel to the Mastership Program destinations outside their country must notify IDLR at least 3 months prior to time of travel so proper arrangements can be made. The following information must be provided:
Full name of participant as it appears on passport
Full name of any other persons traveling with participant, as it appears on their passport
Passport number
Total number of persons traveling together on the Visa
Number of days and dates participants will be in the USA
Complete address and contact info of the nation embassy where Visa letter of request from IDLR must be sent
Note: It is advisable to check with your nation's embassy for any additional requirements.
The Education Coordinator/Local Organizer will fill out any required forms or invitation letters that participants request from IDLR only if the request is made no less than 3 months prior to travel time.

IDLR and the University of Tennessee bear no responsibility for the outcome of patient treatment skills and techniques that are learned during the Mastership Program.
IDLR and the University of Tennessee bear no responsibility for any injury incurred by the participant during the sessions or in travel to or from the session.
IDLR and the University of Tennessee reserve the right to refuse registration and to cancel or modify the conference without prior notice.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CUSTOMS
IDLR and the University of Tennessee will not be responsible for any customs fees incurred by International shipments. All customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Languages
All Sessions, including local seminars, lectures, and references are conducted in English unless otherwise stated in a regional program overview. There may be translators in some locations.
Some programs have translators at the local meetings; check with the local organizer.
A participant may bring their own translator as long as it doesn’t disturb the flow of the class.
Cancellation Policy
$1,500 non-refundable cancellation fee is charged if participant receives course materials and does not attend any of the modules.
Initial deposit and 1st installment payment are non-refundable after attending Module I.
Initial deposit, 1st and 2nd installment payments are non-refundable after attending Modules I & II.
Initial deposit, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd installment payments are non-refundable after attending Modules I, II, & III.
All payments received prior to Module IV are non-refundable regardless of participation during the session.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I need to bring my own instruments or any materials for use in the hands-on workshops?
It will not be necessary for participants to bring instruments or materials. Everything required for the hands-on workshops will be provided by the IDLR Institute. However, you are VERY STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to bring your magnification loupes to all of the Modules.
What are the number of CE credits that are available overall?
300 hours of CE.
