General Information

LOCATION: The University of Tennessee Health Science Center

Didactic and Lab Sessions will be held at the General Education Building, 8 South Dunlap, Memphis, TN 38163

Clinical Patient Care Sessions will be held at the Dunn Dental Building, 875 Union Avenue, Memphis, TN 38163

It takes approximately ten minutes to walk between these two locations.

TIME: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM each day

PARKING: Dental Patient Lot (O Lot) is located directly behind the Dunn Dental Building and costs $3/weekday.  Parking is free on weekends.  You may utilize the interactive campus map at www.uthsc.edu/map/ to help you locate buildings and parking.  If you have any questions, please call the CE office directly at +1-901-448-5386.

PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY & FEES: Attending dentists who perform live patient treatment at the College of Dentistry as part of the Mastership Program must present proof of professional liability insurance and a copy of their dental license.  These documents must be presented to Dr. Christopher Walinski at least one month prior to surgical Modules I and II.  Dentists who have not presented these documents prior to patient treatment will not be allowed to perform live patient treatment.
